Job description : Human Resources Manager

Looking for : ;

• Min. 5-10 years Experience in Human Resources, with 3 years in a Managerial Position
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource
• In-Depth Knowledge of Labor Laws and Local Regulations
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Strong Leadership Skills and Experience in Change Management
• Excellent Communication Skills, both Written and Verbal
• Strategic Vision in HR Policy Development and Workforce Planning
• Emotional Intelligence and the Ability to Handle Sensitive Situations
• Experience in the Media or Advertising Industry is an Advantage

Starting Date : IMMEDIATE

Salary : 12 - 15 Million

Working week : 5 days /week
