Job description : General Manager

Required for : Bali

Looking for : ;KITAS and Working Permit Provided for Expatriate
SALARY NEGOTIATED ON PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, MBA or Similar
Previous Working Experience as GM in an Inbound Travel Agency (FIT and MICE) in Bali and/or Indonesia is a MUST
Proven Success in a Managerial Role
Strong Decision-Making Ability
Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Delegation Skills
Proven Ability to Develop and Achieve Financial Plans
Excellent Leadership, Management Skills
Strong Working Knowledge of Operational Procedures
Experience in Conducting Performance Evaluations
Working Knowledge of Human Resources Processes
