Job description : Resort and Operations Manager (Couple)

• Open for Expatriate Couple
• Working Permits will be Provided
• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
• Min. One Person with min 2 years Working Experience as Resort Manager
• Hands On Experience in Operations and Logistics
• Excellent Management and Leadership Skills
• Multilingual (Indonesian is a Plus)
• Must Have Previous Experience Living in a Remote Environment
• Understand the Indonesian Culture Well
• Excellent Staff Relations
• Problem Solver, Good Communication Skills, Both Verbal and Written
• Excellent People and Guest Management Experiences / Skills
• Flexible, Pro-Active, Well Organized and able to Work under Pressure
• Business Development Skills
