Job description : Operations Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business or Similar
• Min. 5 Years Experience in Hotel Operations Management in a Luxury Resort or Boutique Hotel
• Proven Leadership and Team Management Skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Financial Acumen and Experience in Budget Management
• Proficiency in Hotel Management Software and IT Technology
• Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities and Crisis Management Skills
• Ability to Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends and Holidays   

Starting Date : IMMEDIATE

Salary : 20 - 35 Million

Working week : 6 days /week
