• KITAS Provided for Expatriate
• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, MBA or Similar
• Previous Working Experience as GM in an Inbound Travel Agency (FIT and MICE) in Bali and/or Indonesia is a MUST
• Proven Success in a Managerial Role
• Strong Decision-Making Ability
• Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Delegation Skills
• Proven Ability to Develop and Achieve Financial Plans
• Excellent Leadership, Management Skills
• Strong Working Knowledge of Operational Procedures
• Experience in Conducting Performance Evaluations
• Working Knowledge of Human Resources Processes
