1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Related Field
2. Proven Experience in Operations Management, Preferably in the FMCG or Food Distribution Industry
3. Strong Leadership and Motivation Skills
4. Excellent Organizational and Problem Solving Abilities
5. Knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain Management Principles
6. Proficiency in Budget Planning and Financial Analysis
7. Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
8. Must be Able / Willing to Travel

Salary : 12 - 15 Million
