• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Relevant Field
• 5-8 years Proved Experience as Operation Manager or Similar Role
• Familiar with Retreat and Yoga is a Plus
• Knowledge of Business Process and Functions
• Strong Analytical Ability
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Outstanding Organizational and Leadership Skills

Starting Date : IMMEDIATE

Salary : 25 - 30 Million

Working week : 5 days /week
